2 New Blogs and 1 New Feature
Yesterday I was clicking around delicious, searching for sites tagged 'architecture.' I found this site called PopUpCity.net. It's cool. Here's the blog post that grabbed my interest: First Floating Homes Enter Amsterdam.
New blog #2: Moby's Journal. Here's the post that kept me: most likely you've heard of the 'birther' movement. He's spot on and writes in a great voice. Also, check out his free music project for "independent and non-profit filmmakers, film students, and anyone in need of free music for their independent, non-profit film, video, or short." It's called MobyGratis and I like it because he asks that any money generated just be donated to the humane society.
That's cool.
And lastly, the new feature I discovered this morning:
In Google Reader, when you click Mark all as read, you have the option to select "all items," "items older than a day," "items older than a week," or "items older than two weeks."
Wow. I never knew I needed such a feature, but now that I've noticed it I can definitely see the advantages. Now when I haven't opened up my News RSS folder for a few days, I can quickly mark all as read that are old and/or irrelevant. Very nice, Google. Very nice.
